Sturgis represents a special time of year for the Gunn crew. Many of us had grown up going to the rally; and one member of the team enjoyed it for the first time. For many, the rally represents the ultimate freedom. No matter the type of motorcycling you’re into, Sturgis has something for everyone. There’s an explosion of new riders, female riders, and the racing elements of the rally have been brought closer to the heart of the rally. Sturgis is a place for motorcycling’s biggest brands to showcase their work, and interact with customers first-hand. It is also a great time for people like us, to get some of the best content available, due to the uniqueness of the event.
We had the unique opportunity to present for BMW Motorrad, our commissioned build, to the rally event-goers. We raced the RSD Super Hooligan TT at the Buffalo Chip, railed the Hooligan Hill Climb presented by J&P Cycles, and rallied some of the best backroads in the country!
In addition to our BMW activation and documentaion, we also played some moto hookie on our fully customized RMZ450. We were treated to some local treasures to just let the 450 roam!
